- Completion of the 100 Hour Mindry Meditation Teacher Training OR

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Take a deep dive into emotions, the wisdom they offer, and how work with them within ourselves and other people.
- Explore your inner child and do shadow work, engaging in the self-reflection required to be a space holder and meditation guide.
- Understand how to be mindful of trauma, hold boundaries, and help people to open up.
- Participate in a day-long immersive meditation retreat in the natural beauty of Malibu to integrate everything you've learned.
- Observation and notation of Mindry meditation classes.
- In class teaching with feedback.
- Opportunity to guide donation-based community classes at The Mindry Malibu.
- Certificate of completion for the program.
DATES AND TIMES
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 12pm to 4pm*
*Friday sessions will be recorded and available to watch remotely for those that cannot attend
Weekend One: September 16th, 17th, 18th
Weekend Two: September 23rd, 24th, 25th
Weekend Three: September 30th, October 1st, 2nd
Weekend Four: Saturday October 8th and Sunday October 9th
Day long meditation retreat in Malibu takes place on October 9th from 9:00am to 7:30pm.
