Maintaining a strong and healthy yoga practice during the holiday season will be one of your best defenses against any imbalances that are caused by holiday stress, food, drinking and shopping. Throughout this 10 day holiday season yoga challenge, Mindry guide Maha Bodhi, M.A., will inspire you through power yoga and daily wisdom to help you awaken to your fullest potential. 

This comprehensive yoga challenge is designed for individuals who are ready to take their practice to the next level. It will progressively build up in intensity level to make sure your body, mind and soul are well prepared for the transformation. The classes are challenging, centering, and rejuvenating, and sequenced in a safe yet creative way, so be prepared to expect the unexpected while remaining rooted in yoga tradition. 

We meet every day for 10 days starting November 30th and ending December 9th for an hour-long invigorating Power Yoga class. Ending the challenge series with what can only be described as a yoga marathon, 108 Sun Salutations that will leave you feeling unstoppable!
