Apply warm or cold depending on your preference, cold and warm therapy packs can both work wonders for pain. Made with 100% cotton & linen fibers and filled with natural, unscented lentils, use the pack by draping it across your neck and shoulders.

For Heat Therapy: Fold the compress in half and place in the microwave. Heat in 30-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (no longer than 1.5 minutes). Always test the temperature of your wrap before applying to your skin.

For Cold Therapy: Store in the freezer until ready to use.
