CREATING YOUR OWN MINDRY RITUAL AT HOME

  1. Establish a sacred space & clear the energy: Burn some incense by holding it in the flame for 30 seconds in an area with good ventilation (Canelo Wood, Sage, Palo Santo, and any other forms of incense will do just fine!) You can also turn on some meditation music or binaural beats to get you in the mood.

  2. Grounding: Begin to relax by bringing mindfulness to your body and breath 

  3. Set an Intention: Cultivate a vision/theme/goal for the practice, such as release, abundance, or connection

  4. Take Action: Bring the intention to life! You can recite some sacred words or a mantra, create a piece of art or music, or consciously move your body in such a way as to embody your intention
